All Smart Genie Techs carry out repairs to the highest possible standards using Great products. If however you do experience a recurring problem with your device, you are able to return the device back to us at any point within the 12 months. All of the parts that were fitted in the original repair are fully covered as well as our labour charge to rectify the fault.

Postal Repairs

Our postal repair service has been designed primarily to save you money. If you are able to send your phone away for just a couple of days you can save up to 30% on a repair.

The repair is still carried out by our Awesome Smart Genie Techs. All repairs are carried out on the same day we receive your device.

Send In Your Phone or Tablet

Once you have confirmed your Postal repair order, simply package your Phone or Tablet securely and send to our repair centre. You can choose to track your package to keep you informed when your device arrives with us. Once we receive your device the repair order will be logged on our system and you will receive a mail letting you know we have started work. Repair Complete - Problem Solved!

If we receive your device before 2pm our Smart Genies will start work on your repair
straight away and endeavour to post your device back to you the same day! If for any reason your Phone or Tablet can not be fixed the same day we will contact you and keep you updated.

Find Store and Book Appointment

Once you have chosen a store that is convenient for you, we will ask you for a date you would like to visit. There is no time restriction on the date you can visit at any time that suits you best on the day. Please do allow at least 90 minutes before the store closes, so our Tech has enough time to carry out your repair. Once you have confirmed your appointment we will let the store know to expect you with a warm welcome!

Back Up Your Data - Visit Store

Please remember to back up your data before you visit store.
When you visit the store, your repair will have been already booked in with the team.
Some repairs can be carried out whilst you wait. Some repairs take a little longer meaning you will have to leave your device for a short period. The Smart Genie Tech will ket you know how long the repair will take, before we start work.

Repair Complete - Problem Solved!

Once your repair is complete, the Smart Genie will carry out a post repair check with you in-store, making sure you are happy that the initial problem has been resolved. The repair technician will sign your Smart Genie Warranty and send it back to our admin team electronically. Our Smart Genie Approved technician will provide you with a receipt for the repair, which you can pay directly in store. Once payment has been made our support team will mail you a copy of the Smart Warranty to the E Mail address noted on our website when you confirmed you’re booking.

Enter Your Postcode

Once you have selected your device and repair type, you will be prompted to enter your post code in to our system, which will be matched with the closest Smart Genie Technician in your area. You will be asked for contact details of the address you wish our Tech to attend to carry out the repair. Once you have confirmed the repair our customer support team will contact you to confirm a convenient time and date for your appointment.

Appointment Day

On the day of your appointment our Smart Genie Technician will contact you just to make sure your appointed time is still convenient for you. Call our repairs take on average between 20-40 minutes depending on the the device and repair type. Our Smart Genie will need a flat surface in an area with lighting to carry out the repair.
